  1. Put the coconut inside a bowl of very pure hot water
  2. Soak for an hour to two hours and do not discard the water

  4. Using a nut milk bag, strain the liquid
  5. Take out the solids. Very useful
  6. Use the liquid milk or store in the fridge, for not more than 3-4 days
  7. The fat may separate on top if stored in the fridge, shake before you use
